Moscow will reduce diplomatic staff of the United States in Russia by 755 people in order to equal the number of Russian diplomatic personnel in the US, Russian President Vladimir Putin said Sunday.

事件1：徐玉玉案主犯被判无期
Chen Wenhui, one of seven suspects involved in a telecom fraud case that led to the death of a student last year, was sentenced to life in jail by a court in Linyi, Shandong Province on 19th July. His lawyer said they had lodged an appeal on July 30th.
去年一起电信诈骗案导致一名学生死亡。7月19日，七位疑犯之一的陈文辉在山东省临沂市法院被判终身监禁。7月30日，他的律师称提出了上诉。
事件2：中国女教师日本失联
A 26-year-old Chinese woman went missing while traveling solo in Sapporo on 26th July. She left a note saying she wanted to make a fresh start in life. Family say it was just a travel note and she had never suggested she was unhappy with her life.

July 29th, Li Ka-shing has offloaded Hutchison Global Communications, which runs fixed-line and wifi services, to American private equity group I Squared Capital for HK$14.5bn.
